Proud of our ISO Certification

Proud of our ISO Certification

When it comes to aerospace parts, CNC custom machined parts for the computer industry or a prototype in the specialized field of medical instrumentation, precision is essential. And we know it is not enough to simply put “Precision” in our company name. We know we have to deliver – on each and every order.

Here at Dynamic Precision Products, we are extremely proud of the track record we have built up over the 40+ years we have been in business as a precision parts manufacturer

We are also proud of our ISO 9001 certification. Meeting the requirements for ISO 9001 certification isn’t easy. It’s not supposed to be. ISO 9001 certification lets our clients know that they can count on us not only for consistent, high-quality parts machining, but also for exceptional service.

Why Is ISO Certification Important?

The ISO is the International Organization for Standardization, an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 165 national standards bodies.

(Since it is a global organization, they decided to go by ISO in order to provide consistency. As they explain, “Whatever the country, whatever the language, we are always ISO.” Also, ISO is derived from the Greek word isos, which translates as equal.)

It all began back in the years following World War II, when the importance of international standardization became clear. The first meetings were held in 1946, but the ISO didn’t officially come into existence until 1947. Originally, there were 67 technical committees (groups of experts focusing on a specific subject). Today, ISO has developed more than 23,617 International Standards.

These standards are not arbitrary. Working through its members, the ISO brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.

If you would like to know more about how Dynamic Precision Products earned its ISO 9001 certification and about our commitment to quality precision parts manufacturing, we hope you contact us. We would love to talk to you!
