At Dynamic Precision Products, Inc., we know how important accuracy and precision is to our customers. Over the past three decades, we have improved our service, not only by the addition of the latest in CNC machining and advanced technologies, but through streamlined workflow processes and best practices focused on meeting tight deadlines, budgets and the detailed manufacturing requirements of the customer.
Each member of the DPPI team is accountable to the quality controls built in to our workflow process throughout the manufacturing phase of each product. Parts are inspected at each stage of production against a master print file to ensure any deviations are recognized and adjusted accordingly. Each and every member of the DPPI team works attentively to ensure the quality is not just good, but exact to the specifications and drawing.
Once a part moves from programming through the machining phase, it is sent to our internal quality control department for final checks and balances. The inspection department is tasked with the final approval before delivery to the customer. The inspection department is equipped with a large arsenal of tools to check the precision of each part produced, using: CMM, Vision System, comparators, micrometers, calipers, and a variety of surface, plug and thread gages.

Once the metal machining and inspection phases are complete, the DPPI team provides assembly, packaging and shipping services to ensure the precision components are received on time, every time.
